This is a short version of the “Yoga for Gentle Birth Course”

This session is on offer for pregnant women would like to explore just the basic yoga tools that will help them to create a gentle birth experience.

Yoga Essentials for a gentle birth includes:

  • Preparing pelvic floor muscles for birth
  • Yoga Breathing
  • Yoga Poses
  • Relaxation

Class Information

Private, 90 minutes single session.

Recommended for pregnant women in their 2nd and 3rd Trimester
